UK & Overseas Postage & Packing
We charge a flat rate of £5.00 for UK shipments. Please click here to email for a postage and packing quote if you are outside of the UK.
Payment
We accept credit/debit card payments via our secure online server. Alternatively, personal cheques and postal orders made to Your Touch of Craft Limited. Please note that when choosing to make payment by post, the items in your order will only be reserved for 5 working days. If payment has not been received after this time, the goods will be returned to stock.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment and deliver within 4 working days. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce, at our discretion to mainland UK, Highland & Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands & all other destinations must be priced separately. Please contact us for a quote.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition. P & P costs are non-refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.
A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.
Reservation of Title
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier but the title in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
Exclusion of Liability
No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Your Touch Of Craft Limited.

Collection of information
In order to provide the services you want, and to allow you to experience a more personalised service when you revisit us, we need to know your interests. We find these out by asking you, by reading your comments and by looking at which are the most popular areas of our sites.
Collection of personal information
We will only collect personal information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc) which you have provided voluntarily to us either by completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us. Please do not submit your personal data to us if you do not wish us to collect it.

Details of this transaction are stored only to send that one-time e-mail or to track complaints of mischievous use. Your friend may email privacy@yourtouchofcraft.com to ask that it be deleted.

Sharing Information
We may disclose your information to any company within the YTOC group of companies by means of a centralised database to which all companies have access or by means of a direct transfer of data from one office to another.
We may provide third parties, at our discretion, with certain aggregate statistical data about your use of our websites, which data may include demographic data such as age range and/or geographic location of groups of user. It will not include information that could personally identify you.
With your consent, we may supply personal information to third parties.
We reserve the right to access and to disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests or requests by applicable regulatory bodies, to operate our systems properly or to protect either ourselves or our other users.
